Jim Martin Design is intentionally a small outfit, only taking on a select number of projects per year.
This deliberate approach allows us to dedicate ample attention to our clients ensuring we stay connected with their project vision throughout the entire remodel process.

Jim Martin
Lead Designer/Project Manager
Founded in 2013 by Jim Martin, Jim Martin Design draws on his 13-year background as a kitchen and bath sales/designer and boasts over 25 years of hands-on field experience. Over the years, Jim's dedication to clients has fueled the successful completion of more than 100 remodel projects as Jim Martin Design, fostering lasting relationships with satisfied homeowners. Aside from working on remodel projects Jim enjoys traveling internationally and serving in the music and kids ministries at his church.
Nate Martin
Operations/Design Assistant
Jim's son, Nate, joined the team, initially assisting part-time with administrative and marketing tasks. His role soon expanded, and he now serves full-time, bringing a marketing background to the table. Nate's primary focus is on developing streamlined systems and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of projects, alongside learning the ropes of design by collaborating with Jim on CAD drawings and plan development. Outside of work Nate likes to spend time with his wife and two daughters as well as playing drums and tinkering with 3D printing projects.
Mandy Auker
Bookkeeper
Integral to the business from the start, Mandy has been the meticulous bookkeeper ensuring organizational stability. Her keen attention to detail and commitment to organization provide the necessary foundation for positioning Jim Martin Design for long-term success in the remodeling industry.
